Hard Question friend. My husband had “radical” prostate surgery last year. That’s the removal of the prostate. I did extensive research on the choices and there are lots of web sites available on line. My husband went through the Veterans Hospital because he was a Vietnam Vet and was exposed to Agent Orange. You might consider going to the VA’s web site….They have several links to Health questions for their vets and families. I also used several searches on line that were reliable…..dot gov. or dot org. addresses are the safest.
Your friend will need lots of encouragement. Just be there for him because that means a lot.

Murray’s How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine is full of good info and advice and lists many different resources in the indexes. Pat Quillen’s Beating Cancer With Nutrition is also a good resource. No guaranteed cures, but a truckload of info and suggestions that have been helpful to many people.
